30-Day Return Window

Unopened blades may be returned within 30 days when kept in original packaging.

 

Hygiene Notice

Opened blades, used blades, or any item that touches skin or hair cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

 

Manufacturer Defects

If your blade arrives defective, contact us and we’ll inspect and replace it if the issue is manufacturing-related.

 

Installation Reminder

Ceramic blades must be installed with care. Over-tightening screws or misalignment can crack ceramic and is not considered a manufacturer defect.

 

Non-Refundable Shipping

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
